COVID-19 (Coronavirus) Guidelines and Disclaimer

What MaxPhysio is doing to ensure your safety:

  • Thorough and regular cleaning of the studio

  • Providing hand sanitiser throughout the studio for use before, during and after your session

  • Screens between each reformer machine to ensure physical distancing during sessions

  • Limiting class numbers to 5 people

  • Allowing extra time between classes and ensuring minimal contact between class groups

  • Instructors will be wearing masks

  • Temperature checks on arrival

 

What we require of you:

  • Compulsory wearing of masks at all times within the clinic/studio, including while waiting out in the corridor and during classes

  • Wait in the corridor outside the clinic at the designated 2-meter lines. Do not enter the clinic until your instructor advises you to do so. If you require immediate attention please ring the doorbell

  • Please avoid using the clinic bathroom unless it is absolutely necessary

  • Never come to the studio if you feel unwell or exhibit any COVID-19 (Coronavirus) symptoms

  • Do not come to the studio within 14 days of returning from foreign travel, or if you have been in contact with someone who has returned from foreign travel within the past 14 days

  • Do not come to the studio if you have had contact with someone who has a confirmed or suspected case of COVID-19

  • Let us know immediately if you feel unwell while in the studio

  • Minimise the number of errands you run prior to coming to the studio

  • Minimise the number of personal belongings you have with you

  • Wash / sanitise your hands before and after your session

  • Avoid touching your eyes, mouth or nose. If you do touch your face, ensure you reapply hand sanitizer before touching anything else

  • Maintain physical distancing wherever possible

  • Wear fresh, clean, grippy socks if using equipment for safety and hygiene reasons

  • Cover your mouth when coughing or sneezing, ideally with a tissue that can then be disposed of. Do not use your hand, or if you do, wash immediately before touching any surfaces

  • Use contactless payments

  • Bring your own water

  • We advise Very High Risk and High Risk clients to continue classes and sessions online.

 

Disclaimer

In accordance with the most recent guidance and protocols issued by the World Health Association (WHO) and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the undersigned hereby agrees, to abide by the abovementioned procedures at all times.

MaxPhysio has implemented the recommended protocols and preventative measures recommended by the CDC to help reduce the spread of COVID-19; however, MaxPhysio cannot guarantee that you will not become infected with COVID-19.

By signing this agreement, I acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assume the risk that I may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19 by attending MaxPhysio Pilates and that such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability, and death. I voluntarily agree to assume all of the foregoing risks and accept sole responsibility for any injury, illness, damage, loss, claim, liability, expense, of any kind, that I may experience or incur in connection with my attendance at MaxPhysio. On my behalf, I hereby release, covenant not to sue, discharge, and hold harmless MaxPhysio of any liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs or expenses of any kind arising out of or relating thereto. The undersigned has read and understood the terms of this assumption of risk, release and waiver of liability, and indemnity agreement and agree to its terms.
